Sunglasses: Don’t forget your shades, because eyes are most sensitive part of your body. Your eyes can be hurt badly when comes in direct contact with the sun. So always wear protective sunglasses when you are going outdoor.
Mostly you need to avoid going into the sun from 10:00 am to 4:00 PM. But if it is necessary then you need to be protective towards your skin. All your exposed skin must be treated with SPF- 30 plus sunscreen lotion and eyes must be covered with shades. And if possible, carry an umbrella with you.
But What if you already got tan, what you can do. Sometimes your care is not enough, and you got yourself tanned. So in this situation what you can do is try some homemade remedies that can help you getting flawless skin again
Honey and Turmeric: Mix, two tbsp. turmeric with milk, add one tbsp. of honey to this and put the juice of ½ lime into it. Apply it on your face and let it dry. Now rinse you face with water.
Oat and buttermilk: Oat will naturally exfoliate your skin and buttermilk mill moisturize it. You need to rub gently it on the affected area. Repeat it thrice in a week.
Lemon with cucumber and rose water: Mix Cucumber juice and rose water add some Lemon into it. This works exceptionally well. While lemon will lighten your tan and rose and cucumber juice will give freshness to your skin.
Curd and lemon: Curd is known for its cooling effect. So this mixture can do miracles. Use gram flour with this combination. And apply it regularly to affected areas. You will see results after 1 or 2 sittings.
Sugar and Lemon: Sugar is a natural cleansing agent, so it helps your skin follicle to clean out, and lemon as a natural exfoliate will clear your skin and let your skin glow.

Beside these, I will suggest you using sunscreen which comes with SPF as ingredients which protect your skin. And also, they will help in healing the tanned skin.
